Not many houses and businesses are being built because of the economic depression in the Western world. There are apprentice courses that you can take that will help you to realize your goal of becoming an electrician. The programs may or may not have prerequisites. You will be taking classes that can be offline or online. Online will be more convenient if you have a first job.
