Job Overview Temporary workers, as the title implies are employees who work temporarily, under an assignment or a contractual basis project. Most of the time, these workers get employed through agencies, placement centers as well as staffing offices. The length of stay in the job may range from one day to several months, with the reason of variation such as the project type and length, the nature of the work or assignment, the employees educational background, work experience, as well as the present profession. For some reasons, there are people who opt to work on a temporary basis. There are some who enjoy the flexibility of being not tied to a company, and there are some others who take the chance so as to get absorbed and become a permanent employee.

The educational requirement for temporary workers vary. There is definitely no specific salary for these group of workers. It may range from the minimum wage rate, to earnings with an infinte amount. Those who are working on a project basis may earn like an entrepreneur, while those who are temporarily employed may recieve a salary as low as 20,000 U.S. dollars on a yearly basis, or ten dollars, on an hourly basis.
